The site reimagined two mid-rise buildings rise on eight acres in Santa Ana’s South Coast Metro West submarket into a sustainable modern office campus that provided exciting amenities positioned to attract dynamic tenants. A large outdoor space set amongst the two buildings created a “true campus feel” and provided a mix of lush California friendly landscape with shared indoor/outdoor conference areas, meeting spaces and an upgraded café dining area. In addition to the outdoor spaces, the entire street frontage along Harbor Blvd. was renovated from turf to a mix of drought tolerant ground cover, succulents, grasses, and striking accent trees reflecting the proposed linear accents along building façade.
Elevate Office Park
This facility in Huntington Beach is an innovative training center that develops the learning and technical skills of both cadets and students by providing an environment that best balance quality enhancements of both building design and landscape.
LCI achieved this goal by creating a park scenario for passive recreation, biddle and grinder courses for physical training activities and memorial as a focal point next to the building’s main entry. A number of prominent trees were protected through strict construction and management procedures while applicable stormwater techniques such as Modular Wetland Biofiltration systems were considered for the project.
